Salon and Spa Policies

It is important to us that your experience here be an enjoyable one. Please let us know if there is anything our team can do to accommodate you while in our Salon or Spa areas.

We work as a team, and are pleased when clients feel comfortable to work with all members. If your regular stylist or technician is not available at the time you desire an appointment, or if you would simply enjoy a fresh point of view, please feel free to schedule an appointment with whomever you wish.

• No cash refunds. Store credit will be given. All merchandise must be returned within 30 days for exchange.

• Gift Certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

• Failure to cancel an appointment reserved with a gift certificate or credit card will result in forfeiture of the gift certificate or credit card will be charged 100% of services booked.

• We recommend that you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving the Salon or Spa.

• A deposit of 50% is required to reserve two or more services or more than one person from the same party.

• Cancellation policy:
Please give a minimum of 24-hours notice for any service less than 1 hr. of time to avoid charges. For spa package, 48 hrs. notice is required on any service that takes 1 hr. or more time. Less than stated is subject to a charge of 50% of services booked.

• Arriving on Time:
If late for any service, we will try to accommodate, however we cannot promise the full time of services booked. In some bookings it may result in forfeiture of services with 100% charge for missed service.

• Spa appointments:
Arriving 15 minutes before is necessary. This allows time for check in and to complete necessary forms.

• Payment:
We accept all major credit cards, personal checks, travelers checks and cash.
