When entering through our doors we want you to take a deep breath and begin the calming process, relax and enjoy yourself. We work as a team, and are pleased when clients feel comfortable to work with all members. If your regular stylist or technician is not available at the time you desire an appointment, or if you would simply enjoy a fresh point of view, please feel free to schedule an appointment with whomever you wish.

​• No cash refunds. Store credit will be given. All merchandise must be returned within 30 days for exchange.

• Gift cards are valid for five years from the date of purchase. Gift cards must be present to redeem. Day Escape is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

• Cancellation policy:
Please give a minimum of 24-hour notice for any service to avoid charges.

Less than stated time is subject to a charge of 50% of services booked.

• Arriving on Time:
If late for any service, we will try to accommodate, however we cannot promise the full time of services booked. In some bookings it may result in forfeiture of services.

• Spa appointments:
Arriving 15 minutes before is necessary. This allows time for check in and to complete necessary forms.
